Sleepless
Sleepless nights can overpower you. The thoughts drifting by, sometimes so many, that one feels restless as they try and close their eyes. Or perhaps the sleepless night occurs in the middle of the night when you are awoken by a sudden uneasy feeling. Where nothing seems right and all you can think about is I want to go back to sleep. Why at the most trivial times do thoughts we want to forget appear so easily? They rush at you like a train gearing up for a head on collision. Nothing can be done, nothing can stop the memories and unwanted thoughts. Just try and sleep now, everything will be alright in the morning. It may be hard but relax, we will get through this. Just you and me.
